Turning a large Sunburst Platter from Ambonya burl from Indonesia — part 2

Wanted to make a large piece, and felt a platter / serving tray would be nice, really show off the beautiful grain of this special wood. Platters / trays can be especially challenging as it requires a steady hand and tool to turn a straight and flat surface. what do you think? The wood from this burl is stunning, but super dry and difficult to turn. let me know what you think in a comment. Wood is amboyna burl, turned on my Laguna lathe.
