Paloma means "The Dove" in Spanish, this cocktail is arguably Mexico's number one cocktail (obviously in contention with the Margarita). Traditionally, this would be made with grapefruit soda but we will be making this with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and soda. Ingredients: 2 oz 100% Blue Agave Tequila 2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice 0.5 oz Fresh lime Top with soda Fresh grapefruit slice Steps: 1. Rub a lime wedge on half the rim and place in salt to half rim the glass 2. Add fresh ice to the glass, set aside 3. Place Tequila, fresh grapefruit and fresh squeezed lime juice into your #BostonShaker 4. Shake hard until frosty 5. Double #strain & #pour into your prepared glass 6. Top with soda 7. Stir gently with #barspoon to incorporate ingredients 6.
