PAINT a realistic ZIPPO Still Life! | Airbrush Painting Tutorial (part 1 of 2)

In the two part airbrush painting tutorial, I'll show you how to paint a zippo lighter against a white background. Painting or drawing a lighter like this is a great practice study since there are many shifts in value with lots of contrast. Like always I'll show you all the techniques that I used to paint this one using a single color (schmincke aero black) on a piece of gessoed watercolor paper (Arches hot-pressed 140lb).
