Gyarados is going to be a challenging opponent, and if that comes out against Kingdra, I can lower its Defense with Leer, and then switch to another Pokémon, I do have Girafarig's Stomp to get some damage in if I have lowered Gyarados's Defense, but I will need its Psybeam for Tentacool when it comes out, even though it would take about two hits due to Tentacool's good Special Defense.
