You will know about Norway for its Northern lights, the invention of the cheese cutter, and their breathtaking nature hikes. But also for its fishing culture. During summer, all children go out to catch crabs…not King Crabs, which are invasive species, that live in the Northern part of Norway, but these cute looking crabs who love to eat "bloskjell" (mussels). To catch a crab, You get your rod, crack a bloskjell, clasp it in the pegs, and wait fo the hungry crabs to eat it. Surprisingly, the crab just hangs onto the bloskjell and then, you can easily catch it with a net. Then, kids put their catches, including jellyfish, shrimps, fish, and crabs in their clear buckets. The crabs are just caught to be admired, and when the day is over, they are returned to the ocean. This is what kids do during summer. Now, we are making our own paper mache crab.
