येसरी बनाउनुहोस तिहार को सेल रोटि सारै मीठो हुन्छ : 2 kg overnight soaked rice (any kind) Drain the water Blend it (with water or without water) Add 1 cup sugar or as per the taste 1 tbsp cardamom, cloves, and black pepper powder 3 tbsp coconut flakes (optional) 3 tbsp ghee Mix it really well Add warm water ( as you required) Add ½ cup maida (optional) Keep it aside for 20 minutes If the batter looks thick, then add more warm water and mix it well To prepare a selroti here I have used a mineral water bottle Heat the oil Prepare the selroti with the help of a mineral water bottle Prepare in a high flame Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
