I have been experiencing some off colour remarks in my comments about my use of Ai, mostly from disgruntled musicians I guess, so once again I have to moderate the comments section. I don't get too many comments as a rule and just to be clear, anyone can comment on any of the songs, good or bad, like it or loath it, you can say it, but keep it clean, if the language used is not acceptable on a public forum I will dump it. Many artists use other Lyricists and or Musicians to help them create, as in the case of Elton John who uses Bernie Taupin for his lyrics, or Andrew Lloyd webber uses Tim rice and others for his. Robbie Williams uses Guy Chambers and others musicians to Bring his Lyrics to life, as did George Michael. I don't hear too many people slagging off Elton John, Robbie Williams or George Michael for not writing the whole of the song! Not all song writers are great musicians...George Michael once said in an interview that he could not tell you what the six strings on a guitar were, it did not stop him writing some fabulous songs. I have played with some very talented musicians who could not write a good song if their life depended on it. Some of us write as a need to express ourselves, we just love to get it out of our head and on to the page. For me it is a form of therapy. © I write all my own lyrics (Lyrics for me, are the heart of a song,) and develop each song personally. I usually write using Keyboards or Guitar, I also use AI for the quality production values, and high end voices it can bring to a song. I have never professed to being a good musician or vocalist, but I play enough to get the lyrics out of my head then develop it from there, before Ai I used other tech solutions to get the best results I could. Look up Pro 24, Cubase, garage band, and Logic Pro, all programs designed to help people like me produce songs. Each melody, arrangement, and final decision is shaped by me. I perform the vocals on many of the songs on this channel, though this will change as time goes on, different songs require different voices. I will use an Ai generated voice as a tool based on my preferences and creative choices.
