We continue to highlight how vehicles of people in Delhi have been towed away without being given any notice and then sent away for scrapping. Our relentless campaign has forced the government on the backfoot. Transport department and the MCD have both assured to look into the complaints but have done very little in terms of concrete action. Private vehicles continued to be towed away without any notice there continues to be absolute no regard for the processes in place with over aged vehicles being towed away from right outside private residences. For the past 12 days we at Mirror Now have been hearing your stories about the sheer high handedness of the government and we open our call lines again today.
