Welcome back to Dewy del Mar, our realistic gameplay series in Cities Skylines 2. Today we're starting to zone our new downtown and introducing the city's first nightlife scene! We'll create 5 unique districts across the university peninsula, all with the goal of making this part of downtown a hotspot for students, beach goers, and clubbers alike.
