2 cup rawa(1/2kg rawa)(suji, semolina) 2 cups sugar 2 cups rice bharad Saffron 1 fresh coconut 12 eggs 1.First we have to extract milk from the coconut twice .Keep aside the 1st thick milk and the 2nd one(Pana dhudh) separately. 2. Now sieve the bharad coarsely..make the khoi of coarsely part and atta which we sieved .Add in bhanori dough. 3.In a pan add the coconut milk(Pana dhudh) to make a khoi by adding salt...when the water is completely dried from the bharad keep it for dum about 5 to 10 mins. 4.Switch off the flame and allow the khoi to cool completely. 5.In a mixer add eggs sugar elachi powder and mix it well. 6.Add the mixture(step 5) to khoi( when khoi is hot plz don't add any ingredients the bhanori will get spoiled so let it cool completely then add everything) 7.Now add rawa to the khoi after adding the mixture(step 5). 8.Mix it well without any lumps. 9.Now add the thick milk of coconut, mix it well and then add some saffron. 10.Now cover the lid and keep it for fermentation overnight.(Fermentation - Sometime it takes more time and sometimes less it depends on the weather.) 11.The fermented batter can be refrigerated for later use. 12.In a pan add one tablespoon ghee and then pour the batter. 13.Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.(if required check inbetween) Now yummy kokani pan cake is ready to eat .Enjoy it with your family and friends.
