This CeKTER KT Academy webinar, "Turning Research Findings Into Implementation Activities - The "Knowledge to Action" Cycle: A Conversation with Dr. Ian Graham.", was presented live on May 12, 2022. This hour-long interactive webinar was one of a series of events in the Knowledge Implementation Track of the KT Academy at CeKTER and was designed for employment-focused NIDILRR grantees, and their related collaborators. The Knowledge to Action Cycle (KTA) breaks down the implementation process into 7 actionable phases starting with determining the knowledge-practice/policy gap through to sustaining the change. The one hour conversation between Dr. Marianne Farkas of Boston University's Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Dr. Ian Graham was presented in the form of a series of questions and answers about KTA and how to use the framework to ensure that research findings guide change in practice.
