This is a game I hold very dear, as these were some of the earliest memories I have with a computer. Back in '03 and '04 when I played it as a child, this was actually a browser based game (Netscape 4.8 or higher, folks). It had a currency system, with "credits" being the currency, where one could purchase cars, weapons, and paint jobs, and there were a bunch of other minigames besides just the main racing mode that will be displayed in this walkthrough. Unfortunately, only the main racing mode survived the website's shutdown in late '04 to '05 (somewhere around that time frame I believe). This is 1 of 6 levels included in the archived "offline" version of Planet Hotwheels, and is 1 of 3 circuit racing levels. HiTech was a 4 player level, as were all of the circuit racing levels, labeled as "Large" in the circuit racing level select screen, along with the "Small" and "Medium" levels.
