Karen has been a registered Nurse for over 50 years. She is also a long term care Administrator. She has worked in Burn Units, ICU, CCU, Emergency units as well as Nursing Homes, Hospice Care homes and Assisted Living Facilities. At the age of 42, she was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, a Neurological muscle disease, which led to thoracic surgery. Post surgery, she was given the wrong blood and went into complete Anaphylactic shock, which led her to have an Out of Body experience that gave her a deeper understanding of life and death. Neither life nor death is to be feared. This video contain stories about her journey of faith. She hopes this video leads others to adopt a life of looking and listening and of seeing the hand of God in all things and hearing his call. Her message is clear: we are all here for a purpose, and we are not alone. No situation, no person is insignificant in your life. In God's eyes, you are precious and your value is inestimable.
