Fantastic to bake for parties as it is also nut free and the large tin size allows you to cut the cake into lots of bite sized squares to share with everyone. A real family favorite. Simple step by step instructional video with ingredients below. 20cm x 10 cm Tin 400g dairy free butter / spread 200g xylitol or caster sugar (not sugar free with caster sugar) 50g stevia 8 large eggs 500g gluten free self raising flour 100g coconut flour zest of 2 lemons juice of 2 lemons handfull of shredded unsweetened coconut
