Hospice Care is More Than You Think

Hospice care is more than you think. It’s often about the things that make life better for the person and their family outside of the hospice’s building. People just like Linda. The great-grandmother of ten was recently diagnosed with cancer and wants to remain in the home she shares with her husband, John, during her illness. Her local hospice – ‪@IsabelHospice1‬ – is helping fulfil Linda’s wish, regularly visiting to make sure she is comfortable and has everything she needs. Claire, a Health Care Assistant at Isabel Hospice, is one of the team caring for Linda. In this film, we see the special bond that has developed between them, and what it means to Linda to get the vital care she needs at home.
