After the devastating 2019/20 summer bushfires, the GRDC invested in a unique research program to help growers better understand and manage crop pests and diseases post-fire event. As part of this initiative, AgExtra senior research officer, Julianne Farrell, has been trapping and monitoring invertebrate pests at fire-affected properties on Yorke Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.
