Quantum College - Field Trip to Versante Hotel

At Quantum College, our goal is to prepare our students for their hospitality careers by not only delivering the highest quality classroom training, but also providing real world exposure and insight into the hospitality industry. We were therefore thrilled to provide the students in our current Hospitality Diploma program the opportunity to enjoy a field trip to the luxurious Versante Hotel in Richmond, BC. Versante’s General Manager, Sanjeet Sadana hosted the event and graciously welcomed Quantum College and our students into Richmond’s only luxury boutique hotel. The event began with our students being treated to a delicious meal and wonderfully accommodating service at the fabulous Bruno restaurant. The amazing staff provided a clear demonstration of the importance of customer service and relationships. They provided inspiration as to how they live out their motto of “treating each guest like a friend they haven’t met yet”. Mr. Sadana then led the students on a comprehensive tour of the hotel. With professional detail and friendly charm, he highlighted the modern technology of the meeting and event rooms, amazing comfort and conveniences of the guest rooms, and stunning luxury of the executive suites. Quantum College is tremendously grateful to Mr. Sadana and the entire staff of Versante for welcoming us into their wonderful hotel and entertaining our students with personal reflections in addition to professional views into life in the hospitality industry.
