(4K, 2024, Right-Hand Side) Complete summer train journey aboard a ScotRail Class 385 EMU operating an Express service from Edinburgh Waverly to Glasgow Queen Street via Falkirk High, on Monday 8th July 2024. There are a few different train lines running between Scotland's capital city and largest city - this trip covers the Falkirk Line, which is the fastest with a scheduled time of 51 minutes. It was a really nice day for a train ride, and the countryside between the two cities on this line is quite pleasant - the stations in-between feature very nice up-keep. The Class 385 is a Hitachi AT200. I flew into Edinburgh from London City that morning, and was flying back to London City that evening from Glasgow.
