Highlights, action and footage from the Lancelin Wind Festival, 18-21 January 2023. Lancelin is located only an hour and a half drive north from Perth and is renowned as one of the best windsurfing destinations in Australia, offering great conditions for wave riding, bump and jump, slalom and foiling. This footage includes highlights of the action plus extended footage of the various comps. The Lancelin Wind Festival was due to climax with the return of the legendary Lancelin Ocean Marathon, a 21km open water downwinder that has been running over 30 years. Unfortunately the wind gods were not kind to us this year and the race was called off but the preceeding 3 days were packed with plenty of sailing and racing. Returning in January 2024.
