The Word Who IS God

This year we are answering one of the most important questions in all of Scripture: Who Is Jesus Christ? In this teaching we begin exploring His Godship and His relationship within the Godhead. Scripture reveals that Jesus is not only Messiah and Savior, but that He possesses the very attributes of God Himself. We will examine the incommunicable attributes of God revealed in Christ: His eternity, omnipresence, omniscience, omnipotence, immutability, sovereignty, and glory. Using John 1:1–4 as our foundation, we will walk through the Scriptures to see that Jesus Christ is the eternal Word, the One who was with God and was God, the One through whom all things were made. If we are to follow Him properly, we must first understand who He truly is. Join us as we continue this powerful study on The Godship of Christ and deepen our understanding of the excellency of the knowledge of Him.
