I Specifically do the "Wim Hof Method" every morning for about 20-30 minutes using the last 5-10 minutes or so just focusing on my breath. This got me outside myself and my situation long enough to see clearly where I was at in my life and where I wanted to go. Blueprinting life/ journaling : What gets measure and tracked gets improved. Writing down my yearly goals and reviewing them while I design my monthly weekly and daily goals has made a huge impact on my life. This is how you design and create the life you want. We hold in our daily mental stress physically in our body and if they are not worked out they accumulate unless we spend time breathing deep and releasing those tight and overworked muscles. This will leave us waking up feeling fresh and light without carrying the extra mental and physical baggage from the day before.
