This is my Season 16 Cheater Recall on First Clear Meta Strat I employ in most games where I'm no early invading or ganking at level 3. This video shows you the full route, first clear and jungle pathing into where you take a recall immediately after your first three camps to secure a Long Sword that will allow you to be 10 AD up on the enemy jungler for scuttle skirmishes and for ganks at 3 minutes once you've finished your first full clear. If done optimally you can finish all camps around 2:55~ right as Scuttle spawns allowing you to be there on time to fight for or take scuttle for free then you can begin to look for ganks bot/top depending on where you end up or can look to make your way back to Raptors as you loop through mid if a gank opportunity arises as Raptors will respawn first if there's no obvious play or gank available depending on how lanes are doing.
