I used Berryman B12 Chemtool to clean the pistons on my Audi A6 C6 3.0 TFSI engine to help with carbon buildup and oil consumption. It did a decent job loosening up some of the carbon deposits, especially after a good soak, but don't expect miracles. It’s a helpful maintenance step, but it won’t fully resolve deeper oil consumption issues on its own.
