Catch the remote controlled yard switchers at work here on the north end as they build trains to head out for their destination journeys at the North end of the yard. This hot spot is a popular railfan overlook on the north end of Norfolk Southern’s DeButts Yard in Chattanooga, offering elevated views of both NS and CSX freight traffic.It sits near the intersection of Stuart Street and Sholar Avenue and is frequently recommended by local railfans as a go‑to spot for filming and photography of trains.
