Enhance your ability to more clearly see Auras (your own, and others’). All things have an Aura, from a simple pebble at the bottom of a stream, to the stream itself. From the humble Morning Glory to the ancient giant Sequoia (Redwood Tree). From the smallest single celled organism to the colossal blue whale, the largest animal that ever lived. And let us not forget us, our species, we are part of the natural order, and we, like all things, have Auras. The Universe itself has an Aura. Everything has an Aura. See them, and you will come to understand the infinite number of colors and energies, and how we influence the colors, and how the colors influence us. Learn via meditation to visualize and shift your colors, the colors of those around you. Energy is real, energy is everything, and everything is energy. The visuals cycle slowly through all of the colors of our Auras. But feel free to close your eyes and meditate, or with eyes closed or opened, see your Aura. As your ability heightens, grows, you will more easily see the Auras of all things. Do this often, let the frequencies balance you, and open your eyes to the energy realm in which we are all a part. See the dance of energy as others move around you doing their things. The Auras, invisible to them, perform a beautiful dance of colors and light to those who can see. Everything about us is pure energy. We emanate an energy field into the world around us, merging with it, merging with the whole, merging with the infinite parts, including each person we come near. Cleanse yours, and it will project into the world around you, to the people around you, shifting the energies as you pass through. Tap into your innate ability, nourish that ability, see your energy field, your Aura, and those of others more easily and clearly. In seeing, you can then understand how to control the energy.
