One week before this session, Britt was walking through the neighborhood. She was approached by Justin, who was out mowing his lawn; he introduced himself and said "I'd like to make a video of your band." It just so happened that we were beginning to plan a filmed set for The Whippoorwill Arts Foundation in honor of the award they presented to Britt. So we had a director. Historic Amqui Station in Madison, TN came to mind as a lovely location to film. The weather was beautiful that time of year, and the acoustics under the roof of the station suit our music. And it's safe, open air. Dave Sinko jumped on board as per usual, accepting the challenge of operating a boom-mounted shotgun microphone: mixing the band on-the-fly by moving the sole microphone supplying all the audio.
