Live every day on Twitch: / trynet123 Patreon: / trynet Discord: / discord DatDejvTho from my discord linked some screenshots of this strategy and I had to build a similar deck. His list was extra greedy with Teleportations and Megascopes, but I felt the extra combo pieces weren't that important with how consistent the deck is, and I wanted to make the tempo pass plan a bit more powerful to bait round 2 dry passes. I tried a bunch of things. The first was Aretuza Adepts with patience units for round 1. It has the upside of being really cheap, but also is pretty garbage. I wanted to try a list with Mandrake, and with Mandrake where wasn't a whole lot of provisions for other cards. I eventually moved onto a devotion list, with Dun Banners and Foltest as the tempo pass plan. You pretty much always want to play exactly 3 cards in round 1 for the longest round 2. The Foltest plan fits perfectly, and can bait out Heatwaves to force your real combo through. There are some cool deckbuilding considerations here. There are two main ways to handle lose conditions. Either you can have a plan B, or just double down on your Plan A and try to force it through. Because of how linear the main plan is, and how inflexible a lot of the cards are, forcing plan A through seems like the way to go. Some lose conditions you can do something about, like beating a bit of removal. Other lose conditions, like Curse of Corruption or Yrden, you can't do anything about. (probably don't play the Decoy, there's not really time for it in the combo.) 00:00:00 Force of Nature 00:08:10 Force of Nature 00:15:48 Off the Books 00:22:55 Nature's Gift 00:32:04 Precision Strike 00:42:34 Lined Pockets 00:50:30 Fruits of Ysgith 00:59:53 Tactical Decision
