Political analyst Tehseen Poonawalla commented on Tejashwi Yadav’s remarks about the Waqf Bill. He called Yadav a close friend but said the Waqf law, a central law passed by India’s Parliament, cannot be removed. Even if Yadav becomes Bihar’s CM and passes changes in the state assembly, the Governor or President won’t approve them. Poonawalla suggested that if Yadav cares about Muslims, he should give them more election tickets.
