This is the follow-up to my How to Propagate Clematis by Layering video and blog post. I show you the nice root and how I then separate it from the mother plant to grow on it's own. At the end of this post I have a short clip taken a few days after I had potted it up and you can see how it has really grown already! I garden in Zone 8 but I have a relatively short growing season because of where I am located in the mountains.
