Now depending on the kind of surgery that you undergo you will have different kind of scars. So in such a case you may see a circular scar going all around the nipple area or complex. However this is very fake it is invisible and with time and some amount of anti scar treatment. This will completely fade away and nobody will be able to make out that you have had a Gynecomastia surgery. So depending on the kind of surgery that you do it may be just be a three to four millimeter small puncture wound, a small half moon shaped scar, or a complete circle around your nipple areolar complex.
