"Inside the mind of a Teenager", inspired by Tim Urban's "Inside the mind of a Procrastinator", discusses all of the twists and turns inside the teenage brain that give us the characteristics of some of our worst stereotypes. It debunks misconceptions about Gen-Z teens and shows that with the right support, teens can be remarkable world citizens and can also become the world's brightest future. My name is Narissa AlDayaa and I am currently a high school student in Chelmsford Massachusetts. Within school, I enjoy participating in my school's band program, class reps, and the school's sports as I am an avid diver and have recently picked up pole vaulting. I come from a family of immigrants and I am the first generation to be born in the United States, so growing up I was constantly surrounded by two different cultures. I love returning to Lebanon and I love the culture where I came from, it's beautiful and it made me who I am.
