I created this to help you avoid the same frustration I faced as a beginner looking for ways to improve my rider position. Arm & Hand position is the last area I am covering because it is reliant on the other 3 Parts I covered. Having a great pelvic, leg, shoulder, & neck position will be a big help, but your hand & arm position can take your position a step further. We use our hands a lot during riding, and just a minor adjustment could be all the difference!
