After having grown up with Final Fantasy IX throughout most of my childhood, and having beaten it many times over, the game had become too easy for me. So I decided to start streaming a brand new playthrough of the game with the Alternate Fantasy mod installed, with it's re-worked combat and overhauled gameplay across the board, it's made the game feel fresh and require me to think more during combat encounters. This video will cover everything from the beginning of the game, up until the point where Disc 1 of the original PS1 release would have concluded, in Burmecia.
