Now she got her FLB. Btw lately dark really get a lot of new toy huh? When FLB is updated, there is minor rebalance to her too, her 2nd skill was changed from inflict 10% Debuff Res. Down to 10% Stackable Debuff Res. Down (Max: 30%) and EMP passive changed from echo to non-MA hit to boost to dodge rate based on an attacking foe's number of debuffs (5% per debuff and max at 50%). Her upgrade from FLB are -Ougi will random reduce a skill CD by 3T and gain Pandemoniac Roar which give her 50%TA rate and normal attack will split into 3 instance damage to random foes. This buff is undispellable -1st skill changed inflict damage to random foes and heal all allies base on damage dealt, Healing cap : 3333 -3rd skill now deal 3 hit to a foe and debuffs's base accuracy increased but only Burned that got debuff strength increased too -New passive which make she gain Triple Strike upon using skill 3 times After FLB she is cheaper version V.Grimnir/Poseidon who always deal 3 instance dmg to random foes, as Cerberus need to use ougi first to able to deal 3 instance dmg and it's last for 3.5T. I think you would already how 3 instance dmg on normal attack op is Since she can deal 3 instance dmg so best support for her are echo and supplemental dmg to furthur boost her dmg so her best friend would be S.Meg as passive can provide echo on crit hit from and Keen buff, though S.Meg would be difficult on Magna as crit grid is required and I can't say that crit magna is worth now, also supplemental dmg source may kinda hard for Magna too unless you run with 2 Pain and Suffer (but is it ok to count as Magna? since you use 2 grand weapons in grid for weapon skill not for mainhand) so this may make Cerberus is harder to get her full potential in Magna grid. For other kit, s1 would be her best skill as it's team healing which help for sustain, s2 is kinda not bad to have and s3 is kinda like just there for her Threefold count. If you don't know about this you may ask "why her TA buff from ougi is just 50% not 100%?", Cerberus have 50% innate base TA so once she ougi she will have 100%TA. About why her ougi random reduce a skill CD by 3T instead of reduce all skill CD by 1T, in my opinion if her ougi really reduce all skill CD by 1T she will able to get Triple Strike buff around every 4T. Triple Strike every 4T with 3 instance dmg on normal attack is sound too broken as f*ck for now, if there is something like that Cygame would save it's for limited character in future but plz no....... If compare to Seox Lv150, her damage burst in 1 turn is higher than Seox thank to her Triple Strike but in long fight she seem still lose to Seox Lv150 but if your Seox is still not Transcendence yet, I guese Cerberus also still win over Seox, I guess Seox should be at least Lv130 to be on pair or not completely lose to Cerberus in long fight but I can't much say about that as my Seox is already 150 and I can't temporary downgrade him to 130 to try too If you aim to use her for Luchador's Tag Team and Triple Strike burst on 2nd turn with S.Meg, I think that's one is kinda limited to Hades user and Hades can one side 100% crit with Qilin support while Magna can't. Q: Is she useable in FA?
