ODPN’s goal for this video was to generate interest in BC’s manufacturing community, allowing people to understand the cost saving and energy efficiency opportunities that are available to them, and their businesses. This video will act as an inspirational and educational tool, illustrating how companies can get started on an energy efficient and green path. We feel the best strategy to both identify and relay this key message is to give the viewer a ‘boots on the ground’ look at what it takes to be more energy efficient. By visiting facilities, talking to the key players, and presenting the process first hand, we will show you the opportunities that exist within your own operations and facilities. We strived to tell a meaningful and relevant story through this case study approach supported by footage that is dynamic, identifiable, industry friendly, and accessible. The message will not only highlight energy efficiency opportunities, but it will also bolster the importance of the manufacturing sector to BC’s economy.
