How to find and buy a van to convert to a campervan, or not!

We started with a campervan about 5 years ago, to see whether we would like it. WE LOVED IT! But although we love our Bongo (It's actually a Ford Freda, it is the size of a VW T5, and as I'm 6 foot 4 inches space can be a bit tight. So Sandy decided that we needed to upgrade to something bigger and, at the same time, if we built it, we could build to our specification, not someone else's. This first episode starts out with a little history on our time with the Bongo, why we got into it in the first place, and why we have chosen the van we have chosen.
