It grants you two cantrips and a 1st level spell, which you can cast once per day. Wisdom is the casting modifier for the spells granted from magic initiate cleric, which is not likely to be a high stat for most characters. One of the issues with this feat is that many of the spells in the lists can be gained from magical items such as guidance, resistance, healing word, protection from evil and good, shield of faith and create and destroy water. Also by picking this feat you are missing out on the opportunity to increase the attribute that your attacks/spells use, and the spells on the list don't really make up for that. Do keep in mind that Baldur's Gate 3 is still in early access and so the features shown in the video are subject to change and the game is incomplete, so expect more to be added to the game in the future. At time of recording the game was still in Early Access Patch 5, and by the time of the full release of Baldur's Gate 3 things may have changed.
