sooo basically, before Hi-Octane there was supposed to be another mod, that eventually turned into Hi-Octane, Cars Speed Edition was supposed to be originally Hi-Octane, but made on CVG and not MN, but due to the game being only modable for the X360 version, and people not having mod chips and Teancum (the person that originally wanted to do this mod) had problems with his system, so he trashed the project and decided to make this mod on MN renamed to Hi-Octane, tho MN is quite different from CVG, and i personally think that getting Hi-Octane over to CVG would be alot better, unfortunately people don't have such good computers to run Xenia, i am aware of the fact, but the mod can be made by people that can do it, and well, basically watch the gameplay videos, and eventually maybe getting a better machine to run Xenia on, or mod your X360 to run the game there, which would probably be the best anyway, this is Otto, backported from Mater-National, he works perfectly fine, unfortunately his voice doesn't work for some reason, i have not found a way to get the voice working for new added characters, it might just be me doing something wrong, worst case scenario, the voices are coded and the game just has all the characters that are supposed to have a voice coded in, which would make it impossible to add new voices, and i really hope that isn't the case and it's just me making a mistake that i can't notice, i'll be trying to get Vladimir29's help with this problem, maybe he could figure something out another problem is adding a localization, it's a smaller problem that can be solved just... difficult
