From Crete to Exploring Santorini with Bering 92 Papillon

In this episode, Bering 92 Papillon takes us to the iconic island of Santorini, perched on a caldera—a vast volcanic crater formed by a powerful eruption in the 17th century BC. Known for its stunning views and renowned Greek hospitality, Santorini welcomes over 2 million visitors each year, though our winter visit allows us a quieter experience. Our first stop is the industrial quarter of Vlychada village, where we explore the Tomato Industrial Museum of D. Nomikos, honoring Santorini’s 'King of Tomatoes' and the island’s agricultural heritage. The day includes two photo sessions, where our distinguished team members capture memorable shots in elegant settings around the island and in the harbor with Bering 92 Papillon. We end the day at the Santorini Wine Museum, savoring local white and red wines while discovering the island’s long-standing winemaking tradition. Although one day isn’t nearly enough to capture all of Santorini’s charm, our journey presses onward.
