992 Porsche 911 Turbo S — Dyno & ECU / TCU Tuning in Dubai (Part 1)

In this episode, we begin work on a 992 Porsche 911 Turbo S, focusing on sound, reliability, and real-world performance. The main goal of this project is to improve character and driving emotions while maintaining OEM-level reliability and full daily usability. As a result of the complete setup, we expect the car to reach approximately 800 horsepower and 900–950 Nm of torque. All tuning and upgrades are carried out fully in-house at DEIZ GARAGE in Dubai. From the factory, the car produces 650 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque, but the stock exhaust system makes it extremely quiet. The client wanted more sound and engagement without compromising comfort, safety, or long-term reliability. We start with a baseline dyno run, followed by ECU tuning to refine exhaust flap behavior and optimize engine cooling. The car is then prepared for further upgrades, including sport downpipes and additional performance tuning. To ensure everything works in harmony, the PDK transmission control unit is also tuned, with torque limiters and shift logic adjusted to match the increased performance. The episode concludes with the setup of our multi-map software, allowing the driver to switch between different power levels directly from inside the cabin. All work — dyno testing, ECU and TCU tuning, and preparation for hardware installation — is completed fully in-house in a single day.
