This event originally aired on August 28th, 2025 The handout for this presentation can be found here: https://sandiegolawlibrary.org/wp-con... About the Program: Demonstrative evidence can be powerful in so many ways. But how do you best set up demonstratives to tell your client’s story? And how do you lay the foundation through the case to ensure you’ll be able to use the demonstratives? Join trial lawyers Noah Moss and Eric Ganci as they discuss approaches, the law, and experiences with various approaches regarding all of this. About the Speakers: Eric Ganci – Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2009, Eric has tried 74 cases to verdict: 71 as jury trials. He spent the first 12 years of his practice running his own firm in various forms, with a focus on representing persons arrested for impaired driving by understanding and explaining to juries the objective science behind alcohol and drug testing. In 2021, Eric joined Casey Gerry as a trial lawyer representing Plaintiffs for civil justice where within 4 years Eric grossed $20.9 million in case closures through trials and settlements, $12.5 million alone in 2024. In 2025, Eric joined Antonyan Miranda, LLP to continue representing Plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic injury civil cases. Noah Moss – Noah Moss is personal injury and civil rights attorney at Casey Gerry. He represents individuals when they’ve been hurt, betrayed, or lost a family member and navigates the justice system for them to have a chance at fair compensation. In 13 years as an attorney, Noah has had the good fortune to work with and learn from some of the finest trial lawyers in the U.S. In 2018, he graduated from the Trial Lawyer’s College where he trained to be a courtroom advocate using methods developed by Gerry Spence, one of the most successful trial attorneys to ever step into a courtroom. Noah graduated from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, where he received a special certification in Advocacy. The San Diego Law Library is a State Bar of California licensed MCLE provider.
