FD23 | The Better Block Design Competition

We’re excited to announce that the we are reviving our design competition with FD23! We’re calling all artists, creatives, builders, and fabricators to show us what they’ve got. This year’s challenge: build a better market stall. For small business vendors, one of the most difficult elements of attending markets is the actual setup. Add to that equation older adults, and the difficulty of mobility and accessibility with setting up a kiosk can be problematic. Here’s the criteria: create a market stall for a vendor who’s older than 50. The designs need to be easy to assemble for all ages while using very little hardware and must fit into a vehicle. Contestants must stay on budget and all elements of the stall must be digitally fabricated. Do you think you have what it takes to be part of FD23?
