So I finally got around to seeing what was beyond the area at 1:57:00 in my main video about Dream Genie that I failed to progress in because I got caught by a chaser. And lemme tell ya, it was a wild and experience. It took quite a few attempts to record this area due to how fast these chasers are and that they don't take away health like the rest of the chasers in the game (which would have actually been easier to handle since there's healing potions and multiple hits you could take in the rest of the game. But. No!!! You can only get hit once and you're stuck in a room full of monsters with nothing to do but wake up, and take that long-winded and obscure path I already took several times in my main video!!!). That map caused a lot of anxiety for me, like, my heart was racing. I know could've just noclipped while playtesting in the RPG Maker 2003 editor but I tried to play as fairly as I could ;n; And this isn't even an area you can access normally due to an oversight where a single doorway was set to "below characters" instead of "same as characters"! Yup, I had to edit the game to correct that and get through!! Anyway, after finally getting through all the chasers and moving on to the next area, it's actually quite creepy and pretty at the same time, and I managed to find an effect :O!! It translates to "Devil's Blood". I missed something in this video too, I'm not 100% sure on this, but if you kill the thing at 3:13, you can probably somehow get access to a shop where you can buy one item (named "Dream Baby铭牌" (Nameplate?)). all it does is make a new NPC appear in the nexus which does nothing but move around. And can you believe it? There are also two other possible places to end up in through that white hallway with the one chaser!! If you pass the chaser on the LEFT and interact with the portal you get taken to an inescapable copy of Qiu-Qin's bedroom that glitches. If you pass it on the RIGHT you can go outside of your balcony and ride in a big futuristic car. You can't do anything from there. You're stuck other than resetting the game. Also it's silent in the video in that part because it... it plays the song Civilization by Justice. No way is this game gonna give me a copyright strike after that mess. Anyway, this probably accounts for everything in Dream Genie. I hope I have contributed a lot for the fandom with this video ;w;
