Santorini Hotel Above Blue Suites is a charming boutique hotel on the Imerovigli caldera with jacuzzi suites, a villa with a private pool, and a shared infinity pool. This tiny hotel offers ten suites (eight of which have private jacuzzis) and one villa with a private plunge pool. Those suites without private water features have direct access to the main infinity pool and terrace, with sweeping caldera views from high up in Imerovigli village. Each cave-style suite is completely unique in size and layout, having been designed to accommodate the caldera’s unique geography. Dining is fantastic here, with a champagne breakfast served daily to each suite, an intimate dining terrace with only three tables, and a wonderful all-day bar.
