If you’re a survivor of narcissistic abuse and still feel confused, emotionally drained, or unsure of yourself, this gentle, supportive meditation is for you. This is a safe, validating space to calm your nervous system, soften self-blame and shame, and slowly reconnect with the truth: you are not broken. 💜 In this guided meditation for survivors of narcissistic abuse, you’ll be gently invited to: • Acknowledge that what you experienced was real, and that your reactions make sense • Release self-doubt, self-blame, and the need to “prove” what happened • Meet feelings of shame with kindness and compassion • Reclaim your boundaries and your right to take up space • Begin rebuilding self-trust, one gentle breath at a time There is no forcing in this practice. The breath is used only as soft support—nothing intense or demanding. You are always in control, and everything unfolds at your own pace. If anything feels like too much, you’re welcome to pause, open your eyes, or return to your natural breathing. This meditation may be especially supportive if you: • Have experienced gaslighting or felt your reality questioned • Feel guilt or shame when setting boundaries • Doubt your memories, emotions, or needs • Carry a deep sense of being “too much” or “not enough” • Are seeking a calm, compassionate space after emotional or narcissistic abuse 🧘♀️ How to use this practice: • Listen with headphones if possible, in a quiet and safe space • Return to this meditation anytime you feel confused, ashamed, or emotionally triggered • Let it be a gentle act of self-care, not something you need to “do perfectly” 💜 Remember: You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to feel exactly as you feel. You are not broken.
