Zeus presents R-Type II on the Arcade played on my PS1, a true classic from the golden era of arcade gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game. Year of release: 1989 Rock hard sequel to a rock hard prequel, R-Type II carries on from the original game but this time round even more difficult, as if the first game wasn't tough enough. To me this felt more of an extension kit, a data disk so to speak for added levels rather than a true sequel, even the sound fx and music is the same,...on certain stages anyway, still if you like to take on a challenge then look no further. This is an absolute arcade perfect port on the PS1 with the added bonus of PS1 end credits at the end, it features alongside the first game on the R-Type compilation R-Types. I have used the invincibility cheat so I could upload the entire game for your viewing pleasure.
