193rd Humanitarian Session: Chicken Wings Distribution for Displaced Families at Shorouq Camp (Al-Qala), South Gaza On Friday, 27 February 2026, Sameera Foundation distributed 200 kilograms of chicken wings to 100 displaced families at Shorouq Camp (Al-Qala) in southern Gaza. Each family received 2 kilograms of chicken, enabling them to prepare nourishing meals during the holy month of Ramadan. This vital aid came in direct response to the urgent appeal from the camp's displaced residents. These humanitarian efforts are deeply awaited during Ramadan, when the ability to prepare a proper meal becomes a daily struggle. Families who once had homes and livelihoods now live in tents, relying entirely on humanitarian aid for their most basic needs. This distribution ensures that 100 families can cook warm, protein-rich meals and share moments of dignity and togetherness during this blessed month.
