The Forgotten Children of Tibet Pt 1 of 4

Filmed, edited and directed by award winning editor/director Maurice Todman, the Forgotten Children of Tibet is a self-funded documentary which highlights some the hardships and traumas faced by Tibetan children who have trekked from Tibet into Nepal, then travelled to Dharamsala in Northern India where they hope to be educated in one of the many schools established by the Tibetan Government in Exile. While this doco was filmed just over a decade ago, sadly for the Tibetans it is just as relevant now as it was when it was filmed, perhaps only the heads of some departments in the Tibetan administration in exile changing in that period. If there is any money earned by this documentary being on YouTube, the proceeds will be donated directly to my Tibetan contacts in India to help maintain projects and contribute to the welfare of those parents who cannot work due to their need to care for their disabled children.
