菜尾汤,又叫酸辣芥菜汤,是马来西亚家常的菜肴。每逢新年或者拜拜过后就会将剩余的烧猪肉或者烧鸡鸭混杂芥菜烹饪而成的食物,所以叫菜尾汤。菜尾汤越炖煮越好吃,期间可以多加芥菜或者剩菜如bang guang char(炒沙葛)味道更出众!酸酸辣辣的汤汁,越吃越涮嘴。 The dish, “Chai Buay Soup” or “Sour-Spicy Mustard Greens Stew” is a homely Malaysian delicacy. Traditionally prepared after festive occasions like the CNY or religious ceremonies, it is made by simmering leftover roasted pork, chicken, or duck with mustard greens—hence its name "Leftover Vegetable Soup." The flavors deepen and improve with prolonged stewing, and adding more mustard greens or other leftovers like stir-fried jicama (bang guang char) can elevate the taste further.
