How to Create an Edgy Party Look | Rimmel London Makeup Tutorial

Philippa Louise demonstrates how to get the party look using Rimmel London's Scandal'Eyes waterproof Kohl liners. Start the look with a neutral colour from the Glam'Eyes Quad Eyeshadow and applying lightly across the eyelids. Afterwards, apply the bright Blue Kohl liner to create to lovely cat eye effect. It's best to use an eye liner which matches the colour of your dress. To give that extra edge to your look, you should extend the line beyond the eye lid and give it a slight flick. To make the eyes look a bit more fun and intensify the look, use another colour from the quad eye shadow and apply over the previous layer with a wet brush. To make the eyes stand out, Philippa Louise uses the Scandal'eyes Show Off Mascara, which layers on to the lashes. To balance out the look, lightly apply the mascara using the ball to the bottom eye lashes. To define the eye further, use the Kohl liner in black in the outer corner of the lower eye lid. Philippa Louise completes the look with the Stay Glossy lip gloss in Unlimited Gold, which helps to balance the look and give a good pout. The Metal Rush & Precious Stones nail varnish, gives that extra edge to the look and completes the party feel.
